SKH offers you to follow the curriculum of the spring semester of the second or third year of the Bachelor's Programme in Opera Vocal Performance. Find more information on the structure and content of the programme here.

Bachelor's Programme in Opera Vocal Performance (semester 4 and 6)

Courses for the spring semester 2024 include:

Semester 4

Music Dramatic Performance 4 – History, Contemporaneity, Audience (30 ECTS)

Semester 6

Opera Performance Bachelor – Professional Life and Society (10 ECTS)
Degree Project (20 ECTS)

Total of ECTS: 30 for semester 4 / 30 for semester 6

Main language of instruction: Swedish

Term dates: 15 January 2024 - 2 June 2024

Study pace: Full time

Responsible unit: Opera

Application

The application period is 15 September to 15 October 2023.

Applications are handled through the online application system Mobility Online. To apply, click on the "Become an applicant"-button of this page.

Please note that we only accept applications and certificates through the online application portal and that we will not consider any applications from students sent by e-mail or regular post. When applying online, make sure to double check that you have chosen the correct home institution. Our partner universities should be registered in Mobility Online. If you do not find your institution, please contact our Erasmus+ Coordinator or your International Coordinator. Your home institution will automatically receive a request to nominate you once you have submitted your application.

Documents will be required at two stages in Mobility Online.

In the first part of your application you will be requested to to upload following general documents:

CV - Europass format
Proof of previous studies (transcript of records)

In the second part of your application, after beeing nominated by your home institution to SKH, you will be requested to upload following specific documents:

Letter of recommendation from a opera tutor or teacher at your institution
A compressed video clip (mov, mp4, avi, max 150 mb) with good sound where you perform two (2) arias from your repertoire list
