Henrietta Roos

I work at SKH’s HR department and offer advice and support to managers in areas such as labor law, recruitment, employer policies and work enviroment. We at the HR department also administer recruitments, the developing of competence, introduction of new employees, cases pertaining to salary, pension, insurance etc.

My main areas of responsibility include to be a contact person to several of the university's departments within the entire field of HR, super user of our recruitment system and to have expert knowledge in the recruitment processes of teaching staff as well as labor law.
